About Vac4Rent

Vac4Rent is a marketplace for hydrovac, vacuum, and combo truck rentals. We connect operators with the contractors who need their equipment — without sitting in the middle of the rental or taking commission.

We started Vac4Rent because finding a hydrovac for a job typically meant calling around to a list of phone numbers, leaving voicemails, and hoping something opened up. Meanwhile, owners had trucks sitting idle. There had to be a faster way to match supply with demand. So we built one.

The platform is intentionally simple. Providers list a truck, the truck shows up on the map, and renters reach out directly. No bidding wars, no commissions, no platform-mediated payments. Owners keep what they earn; renters skip the phone tag.

We charge providers a flat weekly fee per listing — enough to keep the lights on, low enough that one rental easily covers a year of listings. Rental requests from contractors are always free.
