Terms of service

Vac4Rent is a listing platform that connects hydrovac providers with renters. We do not own, operate, or insure any equipment listed on the site, and we are not party to any rental agreement between users.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into binding contracts to use Vac4Rent. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity on your account.

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings — specs, pricing, availability, insurance status, and contact info. Misrepresenting equipment is grounds for removal.

Listing fees are billed weekly per active truck. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Vac4Rent does not handle rental contracts, payments between renter and provider, insurance, dispute resolution, or any other aspect of the rental itself. Verify equipment, insurance, and pricing before any transaction.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of listings, or that you will find a truck or a renter.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vac4Rent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe poses a risk to other users. You may close your account at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or on the platform. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
